Micro-abrasive blasting

Micro-abrasive blasting is a dry abrasive blasting technique that works by mixing air with an abrasive medium to achieve a fine stream of abrasive onto a small part on a larger part. This blasting technique – sometimes referred to as precision sandblasting or pencil blasting – enables us to achieve advanced precision.

Wet abrasive blasting

In Dynamic Co. we choose wet abrasive blasting for the projects that necessitate extreme care, such as hazardous material or waste that need to be removed without danger (e.g. removal of asbestos, radioactive, or other poisonous products from components and structures leading to effective decontamination)

Wheel blasting

Wheel blasting is a high-power, high-efficiency blasting method used for deflashing plastic and rubber components.

Bristle Blasting

Bristle blasting is, unlike other blasting methods, a process not needing any blast media. In bristle blasting we work on the surface by using a brush-like rotary power tool made of dynamically tuned high-carbon steel wire bristles. This technique allows us to achieve simultaneous cleaning and coarsening of the surface.
